It’s been over 15 years since the 50-year-old rapper and super producer made his last album, 2001. Dr. Dre is still in the studio whipping up hits, guiding the likes of Kendrick Lamar and Eminem as well running his Beats Empire.

Dr. Dre, whose real name is Andre Romelle Young, plans to donate the money he makes from the album to the children of Compton, Los Angeles. “I decided to donate all the artist royalties from the album for the kids in Compton,” he told Beats 1 Thursday, according to Hip Hop Wired. “I feel like it’s the right thing to do and I just hope everybody appreciates all the hard work I’ve put into this album.”
