This film is a true labor of love based on a collection of true stories experienced by the writer/director and or people he was very close to. It is a compelling drama, with insight and a positive message. It is a realistic look at drug abuse and urban culture, filmed on an ultra low budget shot in 2 weeks.

For this edition of the HipHopDX Presents...The Watch series, they chose to focus the mixtape on producer Dame Grease.  We also focused on many of the artists he has worked with recently, including DMX, Swifty McVay of D12, Yung Wun, and Bad Azz of Dogg Pound. Mixing in artists on Dame Grease's Vacant Lot roster, we also expanded our search for exclusive music to several affiliates of Grease's team including Stan Spit, Illa Ghee, Arez Cobain, and Astray.  In addition to the aforementioned guests, the project also features Ca$his and Hell Rell, with notable production from Dame Grease, Pete Rock, Symbolyc One, and CinAMatik The Problem.
